I liked the Morning mood boosters especially since it recommended smiling! I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and know all the research about smiling and laughing boosting mood. When a person smiles broadly it sends immediate signals to the brain to feel good/happy. It works every time if you smile long enough! Laughter Yoga is about doing laughing and breathing exercises, preferably in a group. Mood is elevated considerably, along with many other psychological and health benefits. Keep smiling and laughing!
