-Giant handful of kale
-2 stalks celery
-1 kiwi
-Few chunks fresh pineapple
-1/2 banana
-1/2 container single-serving greek yogurt w/fruit
-6-8 mint leaves
-Big chunk of fresh ginger
... -Tbsp or so of flax seeds
-1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
~After I blend together all of the above, I blend in ice and frozen mixed berries until I get the texture I want. Delicioso!
